1) Eligibility & Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase products.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

2) Product Information & Fitment

  • We sell automotive accessories (including carbon fiber license plate frames and related items). Product measurements and images are for general reference and may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances.

  • Fitment: It is your responsibility to verify compatibility with your vehicle and local regulations. Some modifications may be unlawful in certain jurisdictions; you are solely responsible for compliance.

3) Orders, Pricing & Payment

  • By submitting an order, you make an offer to purchase the products listed at the prices shown, subject to these Terms.

  • We may refuse or cancel any order for suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, pricing or typographical errors, or product unavailability.

  • Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice. Taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout where applicable.

  • You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the total order amount to your selected payment method.

4) Made‑to‑Order (MTO), Cancellations & Restocking Fee

  • Certain products are made‑to‑order (customized, produced on demand, or otherwise not stocked). These items are identified on the product page or during checkout.

  • MTO cancellations and returns: Cancellations and returns for made‑to‑order products are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee covers production, handling, and quality‑control costs already incurred.

  • Custom or personalized items (e.g., user‑requested text/logos) are final sale and not eligible for cancellation or return, except in the case of verified defects or our error.

5) Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

  • Processing times are estimates and begin once payment is confirmed. Shipping timeframes are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

  • Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please inspect packages upon receipt and document any damage with the carrier immediately.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the customer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers.

6) Returns & Exchanges (Non‑MTO)

  • For eligible non‑made‑to‑order items, you may request a return within [14] days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in original packaging, and resalable.

  • To start a return, contact us at [support email] with your order number and reason. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

  • Unless the return is due to our error or a verified defect, you are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping costs are non‑refundable.

  • The 20% restocking fee applies only to MTO items as stated above. Non‑MTO returns generally are not subject to a restocking fee unless otherwise disclosed on the product page.

  • The following are not returnable: custom/personalized products, items marked final sale, installed or damaged items, and any product returned without original packaging or accessories.

7) Quality Issues & Defects

  • If you believe an item is defective or incorrect, contact us within [7] days of delivery with photos and a description. We may repair, replace, or refund at our discretion after inspection.

8) Limited Warranty & Disclaimers

  • Products are warranted against manufacturing defects for [90] days from delivery, under normal use and proper installation. This limited warranty excludes misuse, accidents, improper installation, normal wear, cosmetic blemishes after use, and modifications.

  • Disclaimer: EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.

9) Limitation of Liability

  • TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.

  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) AT ISSUE.

10) Intellectual Property & Trademarks

  • All content on the site (including images, text, graphics, logos, and designs) is owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit our content without prior written consent.

  • If you provide a custom logo or trademark for personalization, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any third‑party claims arising from such content.

11) User Content & Reviews

  • If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business. You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

You agree not to:

  • Violate laws or regulations;

  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
